It was there that Natalie realized that the the problem was her and not her child. Now, Natalie works with other mothers who are experiencing destructive anger and burnout. Natalie helps moms identify common triggers, learn the difference between healthy and unhealthy emotions and how to process the and coaches moms with practical steps to prevent destructive anger. Not everyone is perfect and episodes of anger will still happen. Natalie also helps moms reset with their families when things do tend toward anger.
