Natalie realized that she was controlled by her anger early in her motherhood journey. After seeking help through therapy and growing in her relationship with the Lord, Natalie has been redeemed from her anger. Now Natalie uses what she has learned though her own journey and experience as a life coach to coach other mothers though their anger and burnout. Our emotions and hormones can play big roles in triggering us in our anger. Through Natalie’s SIT and Pray method, her clients are able to work through and process their emotions.
